Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shinny Moment. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Refund Policy You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To start a return, you can contact us at iristedinc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible to help facilitate a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items Some items are non-returnable, including on sale items, gift cards and downloadable software products.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For customers located in the European Union, a 14-day "cooling off" period applies, during which you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
